We are looking for a creative self-starter to join our growing International bitFlyer team! As our Growth Marketing Manager, you will have a high-impact high-visibility type of role where you will take the lead on new customer acquisitions, brand promotions, and have a direct impact on each stage of our customer journey through the effective and creative use of digital marketing, Salesforce CRM, and paid acquisition. 

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: 

  • Create and execute sales and marketing lead generation activities. SEM, branding, affiliate programs etc. 
  • Create and drive KPI activities across multiple channels with focus to acquire new users and enhance end to end customer experience. CPA, CRV, LTV, etc.  
  • Manage marketing budget execution/investment spend and external agency relationships 
  • Drive content on-site and manage the US/EU market and social media channels and improved SEO. 
  • Develop marketing campaigns and determine what drives efficiency, ROI, growth and implement the strategies as needed to scale 
  • Understand our products and positioning to recommend UX changes to improve funnel performance.
  • Drive branding, identity strategy, content direction and align it to business objectives and roadmap - this includes measurement and reporting of core engagement metrics
  • Drive initiatives that enable testing and conversion rate optimization 


  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills internally and externally 
  • Highly analytical, metrics and results driven
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, user growth and product marketing experience in SaaS environment/technology/cryptocurrency markets is highly preferred 
  • Detail oriented, ability to multitask a variety of projects across 
  • Comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment which rapidly evolves
  • Hunger for knowledge and continuous learning of cryptocurrency and tech markets
  • Proven experience using tools such as Tableau, Salesforce, SQL, Excel to analyze, extract, manipulate, and report on data/metrics
  • Independent, self-starter, fast-learner, with change oriented mentality 
  • This is an independent contributor role reporting to COO
